In the heart of Rio de Janeiro, the Spirit of God moved with power—healing broken hearts, restoring physical bodies, and igniting fresh prophetic fire. With four other team members from United Saints joining us, the week was filled with intentional ministry, powerful teaching, and unforgettable encounters with the love of Jesus.
We visited several locations across Rio, including some of the most spiritually needy communities. Each marked star on the map is a testimony of heaven touching earth.
A Divine Interruption: A Man Walks In and Is Saved
While passing a church in a favela, a man heard the worship music and paused. As he looked in, he heard the Lord whisper, “This is your last chance.” Overcome, he stepped inside, walked straight to the altar, and surrendered his life to Jesus. That day, he was embraced by the Father and welcomed into the family of God by his new brothers in Christ. Heaven rejoiced.
Bullet Lodged in Spine—Pain Healed
One man, a former gang member, lived with severe spinal pain from a bullet still lodged in his back. During ministry, he forgave his offenders, repented to his wife, and broke generational curses. His pain vanished. He and his wife reconciled publicly before the entire church—healing both body and heart.
Deafness Since Childhood—Gone
A man who had suffered from deafness since he was a child received healing after repeated prayer and curse-breaking. Overcome with joy, he leaped and shouted as full hearing returned.
Deliverance from Emptiness and Suicide
After Marcus shared his personal testimony, a man came forward in tears. He said Marcus had just described his life—struggling with suicidal thoughts and deep emptiness. After prayer, he felt fire in his chest and a fullness in his heart he had never experienced. “I’ve never felt this good,” he said.
Prophetic Destiny Confirmed
During a moment of prophetic ministry, Mark told a pastor’s wife that he saw her helping women recover from trauma by teaching them to create floral arrangements. She burst into tears. The name of her ministry? Flowers. The word confirmed her next steps in ministering to abused women and gave her boldness to expand what God had already started.
